Each item you purchase which requires either photos/text must be sent as an individual email - with the correct attachment/s. This is basically to stop any incorrect prints being made and to quicken the whole process from buying to delivering.

As an example Mrs Brown purchases a Mug and a Small Bag. Each item requires one picture. Therefore Mrs Brown creates 2 emails, each with the item name in the subject of the email, and with the correct images/text attached within the email.

Alternatively you can post the artwork on a CD, however similar steps should be taken to the Email steps (above) and each photo/text should be appropriately named or placed within named folders.
